All twelve parmas
Every one crumbed in our kitchen. All served with chips and salad.
Why crumbed in-store matters
Every schnitzel is crumbed here, not bought in frozen. That's the difference you taste in the crumb — it holds its crunch under the napoli and cheese instead of going soft on the drive home.
The classics
The plain Chicken Parma is napoli, ham and cheese, done properly. The Aussie adds BBQ sauce, bacon and an egg on top.
The big ones
The Jack Daniel's stacks a beef patty and onion rings on the schnitzel with JD sauce. Yummy Chips buries it under chips, cheese, bacon and gravy. Surf & Turf tops it with creamy garlic prawns and crispy calamari rings.
Something different
Mexicana brings chilli con carne, corn chips, avocado, jalapeños and sour cream. The Maple Bacon Parma is newer — bacon, cheese, maple bacon sauce, finished with an egg.
Vegetarian
The Eggplant Parma swaps the schnitzel for crumbed eggplant with the same napoli and cheese.
